Pho Café makes delicious, home-cooked Vietnamese food that is familiar to anyone growing up in a Vietnamese family. Our dishes are freshly prepared every day using original ingredients and techniques based on my mother's home cooking. We’re known for classics such as Goi Cuon (spring rolls) and Banh Xeo (Vietnamese crepe). And we specialize in Pho which we cook for 12 hours every day, and Bun – bowls of cold Vermicelli rice noodles with fresh toppings and authentic herbs and vegetables.
